Join us every Saturday at 10:00 AM for a high-energy community workout built around strength, functional fitness, and connection. Whether you are a member, a client of one of our coaches, or visiting for the first time, this is your chance to train with the Paragon community in a supportive, motivating environment.

All fitness levels welcome. Coaches are available throughout the session to provide guidance, modifications, and lift support.
